The most fun thing I experienced when living in New York City was the “street” feeling filling up the city.
I lived just the way I was. My life there, sometimes close to the edge, was so full of lively energy and the intense feeling of being “here” and “now”.
I recreated such image here in Shibuya, Tokyo. Naturally, it is totally different from the raw street feeling I experienced more than 20 years ago in New York City. On the contrary, this space embodies the characteristics of Tokyo, or the city with a hollow core that absorbs and accepts everything as it is.
